David Hudson
President
The President shall preside at all meetings of the Association and meetings of the executive Board. The President shall perform all duties ordinarily incident to the office and shall recommend such action as he or she deems proper. 903 597-7664

Robert Wilson
Vice President (President-Elect)
The Vice President shall act as President in the absence of the President, plan programs in cooperation with the Executive Board, and perform such other duties as may be assigned by the President of the Association. The Vice President shall automatically succeed to the office of President at the next annual meeting of the members. 903 509-5000

Deborah Race
Secretary
The Secretary shall keep minutes of meetings of the members and of the Executive Board, shall send all notices as provided in the Bylaws, and shall be custodian of all Association records. The Secretary shall keep a register of the mailing address of each member and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Board. The Secretary shall perform all duties incident to the office of secretary, and shall deliver all Association records to his or her successor in office. 903 561-1600

Treasurer
The Treasurer shall receive and disburse all funds of the Association, and shall deposit or invest the money of the Association in a manner approved by the Executive Board. The Treasurer shall submit monthly financial reports to the Executive Board, and shall perform all duties incident to the office of Treasurer. 903 531-1161

Cristy Keul
Executive Director
The Executive Director directs the day to day operations of the bar, advises the board and other volunteers in policy development and issues management, develops and implements programming, and works cooperatively with the board on strategic planning and budgeting processes. The most important of the ED's responsibilities is facilitating the work of the elected volunteers, and providing continuity for the SCBA.The ED also handles administrative activities such as meeting planning and maintaining membership rooseters. 903 526-2700
